We promise 3 things:

- We promise to give you your money back if you decide you would like to return the product.
- We promise to warranty your purchase in a fair and reasonable manner.
If you find a lower advertised price for a similar infrared garage heater with the same or better specifications & accessories (including shipping or pickup costs for your location) we will beat it by 10%! Advertised price must be in a Canadian print publication or website, and in Canadian currency.
If after 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your infrared garage heater, you can return it for a 100% refund (no restocking charges). The customer is be responsible for returning the product to our Calgary, AB warehouse using their own insured shipping. The product will be inspected on return and issued a full refund if the product is in excellent condition (damage, no signs of abuse, etc.),
Please note that products shipped back collect will be refused.
GarageHeatersDirect.ca offers a manufacturer backed, parts replacement Warranty on your new SUNRAY infrared garage heater. We warrant it to be free from defects in material and workmanship as long as you own the product. Components covered under this warranty include:
- Reflector (3 years)
- Radiant tube (3 years)
- Hanging brackets and hardware (3 years)
- Thermostat (1 year)
- Burner head assembly (1 year)
GarageHeatersDirect.ca will replace or repair the above parts if upon reasonable judgment we determine the components to be defective in materials and/or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
- Subsequent purchasers: This warranty extends to the original purchase
- Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal use, accidental damage, or improper installation
- Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement
- Replacement of the entire infrared garage heater. This warranty extends only to components proven to be defective in material or workmanship
The cost of inbound shipping due to warranty claims will be at the sole responsibility of the customer. All Warranty returns must be authorized with a Warranty Claim number before being returned.
